Then they were laid carefully in the pan to fry for a few minutes on each side.
While the fish were frying on the stove, Helen snipped some chives to be used as a garnish and to add flavor.
The fish were turned over in the pan.
And voila! They came off the heat and onto a plate, garnished with chives.
Papa de-boned them.
